Chef Akshay Gowda has a passion for Chocolate and Sugar artwork. He won gold medal for India Skills, Participated in Junior Pastry cup and many other national level competitions, he was also a Chef Instructors at the Whitecaps Pastry Academy. Great experience being part of IIPC's Big Bakers program. Very energized and dynamic faculty, students and staff. Michelle and Riya were at their best sharing their expertise and giving us an opportunity to experience baking and learning things that were totally unknown. The ambience, vibe, culture of the place- the aroma of the things being baked, getting hands on experience and finally tasting the amazing food is all etched in memory. Highly recommend this institute for a career in the food and baking industry
IIPC is open to all aspiring youngsters who are passionate about baking and culinary arts and wants to excel in it. A well-designed nine months course with various modules, the latest equipment and practical training is on the cards. I felt like a mini MASTERCHEF already.
